Getting Started

The answers to these questions plus a few others will help us establish the best use of our services for your party. No idea is too far out and no event too humble to benefit from our custom décor services. We enjoy working with both party planners and parents alike. Don't worry if you aren't working with a party planner, our products are easy to order and install.

Backdrops

Use a backdrop in the area you want the most impact. This is usually behind the dance floor. A backdrop here serves two purposes: first, it visually anchors the room while setting the theme firmly in place; secondly, a backdrop will also hide unsightly DJ equipment. Our backdrops are digitally printed on matte 13 oz. banner vinyl, a sturdy material that ships and hangs very well.

There are a couple of ways your backdrop may be hung, depending on if your setup includes a truss or not. If your party is utilizing a truss, the backdrop may be hung off that. If not, the backdrop may also be displayed using pipe and drape hardware, available from most staging companies. If you are utilizing a truss, we will add grommets to the top of the banner so that it may be zip tied to the truss. For pipe and drape installations we include a pole pocket at the top of the banner. We provide easy to follow instructions needed for either installation method.

Floor Graphics

Floor graphics are an unexpected surprise at any party. Moving the décor from the tabletops & walls carries your theme further. Our floor graphics are laminated with a specially engineered laminate, an embossed, non-skip over laminate. The floor graphic itself is printed on is a low-tack self-adhesive vinyl, which will hold securely for the duration if your party, while being easy to remove at the end of the night. Floor graphics are best suited when installed on a smooth surface.

Cut Outs

Cut outs have been used widely in the past, but with our design services, we've brought the cut out to a whole new level. Printed on heavy paper and mounted ¼" foam board, our cut outs are visually appealing as well as highly cost effective. Use a cut out to greet guests or for traffic control, or use as a sign in board.

Logo Creation

A custom logo really gives your party a unique image and helps set the stage for the party décor. Logos may be used for a wide variety of applications, even beyond our backdrops: branded giveaways, gobo lights, place cards, and anything else you can imagine. Already have a logo? We can use that or any other artwork you have in mind.

Photographic Enlargement

Though by definition all we do is technically photo enlargement; however, in the context of this section we're referring to smaller pieces that may be used as sign in boards or easel prints. These pieces can be used for a myriad of ways, from utilitarian way-finding signage to decorative accents. Photographic enlargements may be mounted to ¼" foam board, or stretched over ½" foam board for a more finished, long lasting keepsake.

Shipping

All of our décor elements are relatively easy and safe to ship. Even our largest backdrops roll up nicely and are cost effective to ship.

Our pricing is generally based on the square footage of any décor element. We know there are many variables to your party, so we quote out each job on an individual basis.
